Types of session
Individual session
Regular one-to-one sessions to work through a specific event or to find the keys to feel better in your everyday life.
Couple session
Come with your partner. Together we create a safe, neutral space to talk things through and work on what you're going through in your relationship right now.
Group therapy
Based on CBT, these groups work on a specific theme. There's a set start date, and the growth comes from moving forward together, learning new tools and practising them inside and outside the group.
Retreats
Join us for the next retreat. Whether you take part in a single module or follow the full therapeutic path, it's a beautiful place to begin or continue your personal process (in English, French or Spanish).
