Breaking the stigma, one story at a time

It's time. Mental health and mental illness experiences should be as normal to talk about as any other part of our health. MISTAG is a project close to my heart, honest interviews with people around the world about what it's really like to live with mental illness.

Listen to what they have to say, their smiles, their tears. Each person's experience is unique, even when many share the same diagnosis. A mental illness experience can touch any of us, and we each meet it differently. It's a human experience. Wherever you are in the world, whatever your background, gender or beliefs, you'll find a MISTAG you can relate to. Come discover the interviews: learn, grow, share, and spread the word, there is nothing to be ashamed of.
